About QultureCare
QultureCare exists because one person burned out, found her way through, and refused to let the system stay broken. This is that story.
The story
I spent over 10 years as a high-performing software engineer in tech. I built products, shipped code, managed teams. From the outside, I looked successful. But inside, I was burning out — feeling lost, misaligned, and exhausted. I didn't know where to ask for help. Admitting I was struggling felt like admitting failure. So I kept saying "I'm fine" when I wasn't.
When I finally found support through coaching, it changed everything. But the question haunted me: why did it take hitting crisis to get help? Why wasn't there consistent support before the burnout became debilitating? I became obsessed with understanding why — and with fixing it.
I got ICF-certified as a coach (200+ hours, 45+ individual clients). I earned a Master's in Psychology with a focus on clinical and organisational behaviour. I spent years studying Indian workplace dynamics — the power distance, the collectivist pressures, the stigma — and why Western tools simply don't translate.
I founded QultureCare to bring the right support to everyone in the room — practitioners, individuals, and the organisations they're part of. Not after crisis. Before it. Human-led, AI-powered, built for India.
What we believe
"India doesn't have a shortage of therapists and coaches. It has a shortage of great ones. The way to fix that isn't to replace human practitioners with AI — it's to develop them using AI."
That's why we start with practitioners. Better-trained practitioners create better outcomes for individuals. Better-supported individuals build stronger organisations. The whole system improves — from the ground up.
What drives us
We understand power distance, joint family pressure, and the stigma around asking for help. Western tools don't translate here. We build for the reality we know.
AI is a tool for development, not a replacement for human connection. Every session, every coaching conversation, every intervention is led by a real person.
Support should arrive before burnout, before breakdown, before the resignation letter. We exist to move the intervention upstream — consistently, not just in emergencies.
Our practitioner network
QultureCare works with a curated network of ICF-certified coaches, counselling psychologists, and organisational wellbeing experts — all selected for depth of experience and understanding of the Indian context.
