This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and handle information when you visit qulturecare.com, use PractitionerLab, or otherwise interact with QultureCare and our services.

Depending on how you interact with QultureCare, we may collect the following information.

When you create a PractitionerLab account, we may collect:

  • The simulated persona or client you select
  • Your conversation with the simulated client
  • Session transcripts
  • AI-generated feedback reports
  • Scores, grades or other feedback indicators

  • Improve PractitionerLab, including its features, prompts and user experience

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for internal analysis and product improvement.

We do not currently use your practice sessions to train our own AI models.

3. AI processing

PractitionerLab uses third-party AI technology to power simulated client interactions and generate feedback.

This means information submitted during your practice sessions may be processed by our AI service providers as necessary to provide these features.

Our current AI provider includes Anthropic.

We may also use third-party infrastructure providers to host and store information required to operate PractitionerLab.

4. Please do not share confidential information about real clients

PractitionerLab is a simulated learning and practice environment.

Please do not enter:

  • Names of real clients
  • Identifiable personal information about real clients
  • Confidential case information
  • Sensitive information about another identifiable individual

into PractitionerLab.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into the platform does not improperly disclose another person's confidential or personal information.

5. How we store and protect your information

We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate QultureCare and PractitionerLab, including database and AI service providers.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect the information we hold and restrict access to authorised persons and systems where appropriate.

However, no method of electronic storage, transmission or processing is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may use third-party service providers to operate our services.

Currently, these may include:

  • Anthropic — AI-powered simulated interactions and feedback
  • MongoDB — database infrastructure
  • Google Analytics — understanding website and platform usage

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how people use our website and platform and to improve our services.

These tools may collect information such as browser, device and usage information.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or session transcript content to Google Analytics.

We retain account, profile and practice information for as long as your account remains active, unless:

  • Retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational purposes; or
  • We are required to retain information under applicable law.

11. Children

QultureCare and PractitionerLab are intended primarily for adults and professional learners.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and data practices evolve.
