Terms of Use

How you can use QultureCare.

Last updated: 14 February 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the QultureCare website (qulturecare.com), the Practitioner Training Studio, and any related services we provide. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They are framed under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and operate alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

QultureCare is a web platform that supports the human side of work in India — coaching for rising professionals, a people-performance partner for organisations, and a free AI-assisted training tool for practitioners (therapists, counsellors, and coaches).

2. What the Practitioner Training Studio is — and isn't

The Practitioner Training Studio is an AI-assisted training and skill development tool. It is designed to supplement — not replace — formal clinical supervision, mentoring, or accredited training programs.

  • The simulated clients are fictional AI personas. No real client data is used.
  • Sessions do not count towards any formal clinical practice hours, qualification, or licensing requirement.
  • The feedback report is AI-generated and is intended as a reflective learning tool. It is not a clinical assessment, professional evaluation, or diagnostic instrument.
  • QultureCare does not certify, qualify, or license any practitioner to see real clients by virtue of using this tool.

Practitioners are expected to work within their scope of competence and to seek appropriate supervision before practising independently.

3. Acceptable use

When you use QultureCare, you agree not to:

  • Submit false personal information through any form.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the platform.
  • Use the tool to harm yourself or anyone else, or for any illegal purpose.
  • Misrepresent the nature of the tool to clients, employers, or regulatory bodies (e.g. by claiming QultureCare hours count toward a formal qualification when they do not).
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or content that violates Indian law.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Intellectual property

All content on QultureCare — including the brand, copy, illustrations, methodology, and software — is the property of QultureCare or its licensors. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse our content without written permission.

6. Coaching engagements

For paid coaching engagements (individuals or organisations), specific terms — including scope, deliverables, fees, and confidentiality — are agreed in writing in a separate engagement letter or service agreement. Those terms take precedence over these Terms of Use for that engagement.

7. No medical or legal advice

QultureCare does not provide medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a qualified mental health professional or an emergency helpline in your area immediately.

8. Limitation of liability

QultureCare provides the website and Practitioner Training Studio "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
