Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 February 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the QultureCare website (qulturecare.com), the Practitioner Training Studio, and any related services we provide. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They are framed under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and operate alongside our Privacy Policy.
QultureCare is a web platform that supports the human side of work in India — coaching for rising professionals, a people-performance partner for organisations, and a free AI-assisted training tool for practitioners (therapists, counsellors, and coaches).
The Practitioner Training Studio is an AI-assisted training and skill development tool. It is designed to supplement — not replace — formal clinical supervision, mentoring, or accredited training programs.
Practitioners are expected to work within their scope of competence and to seek appropriate supervision before practising independently.
When you use QultureCare, you agree not to:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
All content on QultureCare — including the brand, copy, illustrations, methodology, and software — is the property of QultureCare or its licensors. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse our content without written permission.
For paid coaching engagements (individuals or organisations), specific terms — including scope, deliverables, fees, and confidentiality — are agreed in writing in a separate engagement letter or service agreement. Those terms take precedence over these Terms of Use for that engagement.
QultureCare does not provide medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a qualified mental health professional or an emergency helpline in your area immediately.
QultureCare provides the website and Practitioner Training Studio "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
